William Tagland is currently exploring new designs and technology for Planned Communities.  We are leading the way with new designs that will expedite the completion of many new developments in the United States as well as other exotic locations!

 


 

William Tagland has assisted many developers in imagining new communities for almost 30 years.

The image above is from a completed community in southern N.J.  Approximately 150 units were built.  The residences were bundled into 4, 5, and 6 unit clusters.  This provided for "Design Diversity", which made for a more unique community.

BeachWalk is the name of a mixed use development that was proposed along the Jersey Shore in 2004.

The plan called for 30 residences as well as a wide variety of commercial uses.  Restaurants, retail,and office space. The cornerstone was to be an expansion to the RonJon Surfshop.(The surfshop is at the location of the original shop that opened in the 1960s!


Currently,

Bill Tagland is collaborating with a construction management firm in the Bahamas to realize this development pictured above.  It will be one of the first developments in the Bahamas that incorporates multi-family residences built in a controlled environment  Click the image above to see more drawings!
