A unique by-product of environmentally controlled construction has taken the center stage of our design process. Our structures, due to their construction process, are inherently "Green". The structures use less materials to build, and also utilize less energy in the production. We then use our 30 years of design experience to implement cutting edge technology during the construction process. Our site disturbance is greatly reduced during the construction phase. Since we are building around 40% of the usual time it takes, we have less impact on the local and global environment. There is less of a chance for erosion, and stormwater run-off, as our projects are erected quickly.
Our recent energy and green building calculations suggest that our structures are "Greener" than most of the construction currently underway. We recognize that we are all stewards or our Earth, and take our responsibilities very seriously.
